What can I say? Salma was fantastic with my two little girls. She was recommended by a family member for whom she had also done some work. Soon after having my baby, I hired her, and I kept her on until my little angel was six years old and the other on until she was 13. Sadly, I no longer need her, but I'm happy to give her to someone who is in need of a loving, fun and trusted person. Salma’s personality and character can fit into any family dynamic/household. She easily fits in and is able to make quick decisions. Salma's skills will make you happy. She has always known exactly what to do to look after my kids; safety is her priority. I started with Salma. I thought that I was going to have to train her on how to care for my child and surprisingly she did not need much. Part of that she had come from a family of three younger siblings and she used to help care for them as she told me. Occasionally, though, she needs some guidance to know what's best. In general, though, she is a lovely young woman who can take initiative, is compassionate, and will treat your child as if they were their own. My kids have been safe under her care and I have all positive things to say about Salma.
