Just over a year ago, I decided to take a live-in job taking care of an older person and I really liked it. They have a lot to offer and I am willing to take on any challenge as a caregiver. We were very impressed with Salma. She was punctual to the interview, in spite of having traveled over an hour and a half on public transportation to get here. That alone clued us in on her dependability and determination to work hard. She was also extremely respectful to my mother-in-law. Although in the end we could not hire her because of unexpected changes in our circumstances, we would have hired her in a heart beat.
