About Sally Louise

Sally Louise is a rare kind of caregiver who checks all the boxes and still surpasses expectations. She's reliable, responsible and extremely thoughtful--it has never been hard to trust her with my two small children, whether she's caring for them at my home or carting them around to fun adventures in her minivan. She's also highly creative when it comes to childcare, finding fun and outside-of-the-box ways to keep kids entertained and stimulated. (My favorite recent activity is how she's gotten the kids to create their own little "band" and put on performances in the living room.) Perhaps most remarkable, however, is Sally Louise's ability and drive to meet a child where they are. She works to deeply understand the kids in her care, and she celebrates who they are by being supportive, accommodating and highly loving. One of my children is neurodivergent. It has been hard to find a caregiver with the energy and patience to build a happy, safe and productive relationship with him. But Sally Louise has it all. Her experience working with all kinds of children means that she was able to dive right in with my family, adapting to our rules and norms and introducing her own, loving spin. I've learned a lot from her during our time together! My kids love her and my neurodivergent child, in particular, loves himself even more thanks to the way she accepts, supports and encourages him. I often notice how much more laughter there is in my house when Sally Louise is here. She's been a gift to our family and I highly recommend her.
