About Saira

Hello! My name is Saira, and I'm a 24-year-old nanny with over three years of experience in childcare, including taking care of my own 1-year-old baby. I'm married and fluent in both Spanish and English, and I would love to help care for your little one while providing a safe, nurturing, and fun environment. I believe in using positive, interactive methods for child development, such as the Baby Led Weaning approach for feeding and incorporating Montessori activities into daily routines to encourage independence and learning. I enjoy spending time outside, exploring parks, nature walks, or simply playing outdoors, as it's important for children to get fresh air and exercise. I'm happy to take your baby with me to my apartment or come to your home for childcare, whatever is most convenient for you. I have my own transportation, so getting to and from your home is not an issue. My daughter is playful, calm, and sweet, and she will be accompanying me, which provides a lovely play
