About Sailey

I'm a passionate childcare provider with over 6 years of experience, motivated by a sincere desire to make a positive impact on children's lives. My calm and friendly demeanor creates a nurturing environment where children feel safe and happy. I believe in open communication with parents and provide regular updates on their child's day. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and am skilled at finding a balance between structure and flexibility. From outdoor sports to educational games and technology-based apps, I enjoy a variety of games that promote learning and fun. With some graduate school under my belt, I'm well-equipped to care for children of varying ages, from preschoolers to preteens. I'm fluent in both English and Wolof and a little French and am comfortable caring for up to two children at a time. I am currently getting my MBA at NYU Stern, I am happy to help with college admissions.
