In the Bay Area, California I taught private art lessons and worked full time as a nanny while completing my undergraduate. Here in San Juan, I volunteer as a teachers assistant in a third grade classroom and work one on one with students who have learning diversities. I am deeply passionate about education and enjoy incorporating planned lessons, the arts and nature time with those I care for. I'd describe my personality as warm, creative and thoughtful. Sage was an incredible nanny and truly became part of our family. She started with us during COVID when our boys were 5 and 7, navigating the challenges of Zoom school while both parents worked full-time. She was a lifesaver—patiently guiding our kindergartener through online learning and ensuring our older son stayed on track. Even after restrictions lifted, Sage continued to care for our kids, managing after-school routines, playing with them, and keeping them engaged. She wore so many hats—tutor, teacher, playmate, and caretaker—and handled two rambunctious boys with ease. She was flexible, reliable, and even helped with cooking for the boys. Our kids adored her, and we couldn’t have asked for a better caregiver. Any family would be lucky to have Sage!
