About Sage

I worked as a Discovery Days mentor at Canyon Grave Academy for 3 years. As a mentor I taught art classes and helped other teachers with their classes. I also helped take the kids on fun field trips focused on sensory learning. In high school, I ran various summer art camps for kids 3-12 and loved every second of it. I have a bachelors degree from Brigham Young University in Human Development as well as a minor in Japanese. I have several published articles on various human development topics. I'm highly organized, compassionate, patient, and good at explaining. I love to run, read, paint, draw, do ceramics, and write. My husband is a medical student at the University of Utah, and we have a 2-year-old daughter.
