My grandmother was my best friend when I was really young, but I only got to have her in my life for 9 years. She passed away with an aggressive case of Alzheimer's. I have also worked at a couple nursing homes helping patients that suffered from Alzheimer's, physical disabilities, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, etc.
