My name is Sadie, and I'm a 28-year-old UC Davis graduate and former zookeeper and research technician. I've been a childcare provider since I was a teen and love working with kids as much as I do animals. I am comfortable and well-versed in all subjects K-12, and I have a college education and professional experience in the scientific field. Science and Math are my specialty. I'm not fluent, but I am also proficient in beginner-intermediate Spanish. I love tutoring and helping kids learn new things in general. I grew up helping in younger classrooms, and worked in study groups as an AP/IB student during high school. I have helped several of my childcare kids with homework and I genuinely enjoy teaching to each individual's needs. My goal with each lesson is to teach the tools and strategies needed to ultimately accomplish independent thinking and confidence for each child.
