With eight years of experience caring for children of various ages, I have my skills in fostering their development through creative play, educational activities, and outdoor exploration. My patient and approachable nature allows me to build strong relationships with children and their families. I keep parents informed about their child's day through written daily reports, verbal communication at pickup, and regular updates via text or phone call. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a consistent and structured environment for the children in my care. In addition to my experience, I have completed Early Childhood Education (ECE) coursework and Early Child Development courses, which have enriched my understanding of child development and best practices in childcare.
