Sade is Amazing! Communicates well, reliable, impressively strong and fully confident with every level of physical disability (ie she can solo move and lift clients very safely, very confidently and very very very well. The woman is just amazing. Give her space to show you what she can do, let her lead all movement of disabled patients. She will save everyone a lot of awkward moments of everyone trying to know their roles in transferring and moving bedridden or chair bound patients. Seriously. Just stand back and let her work. You won’t be sorry. I promis, in fact your jaw will drop when you realize just how strong she actually is. I say all this because she’s a bit shy upon meeting her, a lil meek and unassuming in Many ways but that will dissipate fast and you will instantly see the true gem of a care giver that she is, great instincts, great companion, smart, funny, just tell her what her job is show her where everything is, what your preferences of care are then stand back. Trust. It’s kind of amazing to behold. She’s fast, she minimizes and eliminates painful extended brief changes, or transfers, yet pretty delicate and has never caused an injury nor a near miss at all when solo lifting my father.
