I am an elementary school teacher and a mom to three boys. I left teaching in 2023 to take care of my elderly parents. I moved them into my home. I took them to doctor appts, organized and administered medications(no needles... just pills), daily blood pressure and oxygen level checks, meal prep, light cleaning, daily walks, and fun outings. They stayed with me until their decline became too severe for stairs. I continued to care for them weekly at their assisted living location by prepping meals together, cleaning/laundry, walking, and outings/grocery shopping.
