As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider with three years of experience, I am passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children and supporting families. I always seek to create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. I practice open communication with parents and regularly provide updates on their child's day, using their preferred method of communication. With my experience in previous childcare roles, I am well-versed in enforcing household rules and ensuring children's safety. I enjoy engaging children in outdoor sports, board games, and puzzles, fostering their physical and mental development. Additionally, I worked as a mentor to my peers with special needs in high school, and am a YMCA camp counselor.
