About Sabrina

I've been working with children since I was 13. My first family included a newborn, a 4-year-old, and a 6-year-old. I stayed with them for 7 years and they truly became like family to me. My experience after that has been toddlers-middle schoolers, so I am up for a challenge! I help with cleaning, meal prep, schoolwork, and errands that involve a car. I have 3 years experience with tutoring, primarily science and math, but am also comfortable with reading/art/music etc. Being outdoors is one of my passions, so I include that in our learning and fun. As a middle child with 4 siblings I know how important it is for a nanny to connect with children, so I hold myself to that! Though I do not have a teaching degree, I have been told by teachers that I am great at developing relationships with students and get them excited about learning. One student went from failing to A's! He was a gem, just misunderstood and that affected his work. I am very excited to meet a new family!
