About Sabrina

I have 8 years of experience in teaching, private tutoring, and working with adults and children. I started tutoring at the age 19 at a Learning Center, teaching ACT and SAT Math Prep. Then, I worked as a math tutor at the math learning center and lab at Florida Atlantic University. Also, I worked as a middle school 8th grade Mathematics teacher. I taught 12-13-year-old students in regular and honors subjects such as Algebra 1, Geometry, and Pre-algebra. I was able to work with a variety of students: advanced, ESL & ELA, and students with learning disabilities, and in addition, cater to their individual needs. During my graduate career, I was a teaching assistant for courses including Advanced Statistical method I & II and Leading Change in Health Professionals. In 2016, I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics and Biology. I also hold a Masters of Science in Biostatistics from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. I am working on obtaining a MD-PHD.
