As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider, I dedicated eight years in both high school & college to supporting families and ensuring the well-being of children. My passion for caregiving stems from my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles and growing up with a large family - I'm the middle of 5 kids! My patient and calm demeanor, coupled with my friendly and approachable nature, allows me to connect easily with children and build trusting relationships. I believe in open communication and regularly update parents about their child's day, either verbally during pickup or through text or phone calls, to ensure their peace of mind. I adapt to the household rules set by the parents and prioritize the safety and well-being of the children in my care. My approach to playtime includes a mix of outdoor sports and physical games to encourage physical activity, as well as board games and puzzles to stimulate their mind
