Hi! I'm Sabrina, owner of Little Sprout Doula, and I'm excited to connect with you! I'm a Certified Postpartum Doula based in the Bay Area, California. My journey began as a volunteer with the San Francisco General Hospital Birth doula program, where I learned how to support expectant moms and their families. I then worked with San Francisco's first postpartum retreat center, helping over 50 families last year alone. I participated in Sutter Hospital's Birth Doula Pilot program and completed a UC San Diego Lactation Educator course. My focus in postpartum care is on newborns from 3 days to 3 months old.
