We hired Sabrina for an evening with our 2 year old and 1 year old. The kids were comfortable with her really quickly. She played games with them the entire evening, served them dinner, and she managed to get them through their evening routines and to bed on time with no issues. To prep for the evening, we had a phone call with her the day before and she was very friendly from the beginning. We were very comfortable leaving our kids with her for the first time and the kids were not something we worried about while we were out for the night.
