I've always been passionate about fostering children's growth and development. With three years of experience caring for children, I'm a patient and creative caregiver who is comfortable caring for two children at a time, ranging from newborns to preteens. I firmly believe that every child is unique and deserves the chance to thrive. I strive to make a positive impact on their lives by providing a nurturing environment where they feel safe and loved. As a caregiver, I understand that communication with parents is essential. I follow their preferred communication method and provide daily written reports and verbal communication at pickup. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I believe in following the parents' lead. I want to ensure consistency and respect for the values and routines that the parents have established. I love playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning.
