Hello and let me introduce myself , My name is Pou and I am a caregiver with more than 25 years of experience working in the hospital and rehabilitation also Alzheimer's and dementia facilities as a nursing assistant and also a private caregiver helping elderly people in the comfort of their own homes . I could describe myself as someone who is dedicated , compassionate, patient , reliable , and attentive to the individuals need of each client , always going an extra mile to provide the highest quality care with a positive and supportive attitude . I have many many years of experience with dementia, stroke , Parkinson , diabetes, renal failure, heart problems and many more chronic diseases, I assisted with all activities of daily livings such shower , grooming etc , I can do exercise and help the clients to stay active, I manage medication, schedule appointments, good communication with doctors and families , I am good driver , I can do live in and live out , I don't smoke or drink alc
