About Rylie

I've spent 3-4 years as a caregiver, and it has been an incredibly rewarding experience. Watching children learn and grow is a true privilege, and I'm excited about the opportunity to continue supporting families in this role. I have some college education and currently getting my bachelors in Hospitality Business Management and I'm CPR and First Aid certified. I'm patient, calm, creative, imaginative, friendly, and approachable. I believe that communication is key in any relationship, and I'm committed to keeping parents informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. I follow the parents' preferred communication method, whether that's verbal at pick up or regular updates via text or phone call. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and boundaries, and I believe that consistency is important for children's development. I enjoy playing all sorts of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning.
