About Ryleigh

Hi! I'm Ryleigh! I have a very open school schedule and am looking for an occasional sitting job, or even a long-term nanny position. I have been a nanny for the past two summers, and a babysitter for the past 3 years. I believe that effective communication is key, not only with parents but also with their kiddos. I always make to sure to provide parents with regular updates about their children's day. I am very confident in enforcing household rules while still maintaining a fun, loving, and nurturing environment. My approach to childcare, and life is very holistic so I often try to incorporate a variety of fun, but educational and realistic activities, especially ones to help aid in the development of life skills!
