About Rylee

Hi! My name is Rylee. Working with kids is something I have always loved because they have such inspiring perspectives on the world and so much to teach us. I really enjoy watching kids grow and learn new things. One of my main goals when it comes to children is to help them express their creativity and personality. I think it's important to help them learn how to make daily activities fun so that they continue to be excited about everything and be comfortable asking questions. My experience with children comes from growing up with 4 younger sisters. I have also worked in daycare facilities for the past two years including a special needs specific facility. I am trained in CPR and first aid as well as safe sleep and play procedures for young children. This allows me to act quickly and effectively during emergencies. I am knowledgeable of important child development principles and behavior management techniques.
