About Rylee

Hello! My name is Rylee, and I bring years of hands-on childcare experience shaped by both personal and professional roles. I was raised in a large homeschool family in small-town North Carolina and began caring for and homeschooling my younger siblings at a young age while my parents worked full time. I started babysitting at 14 for family friends, and more professionally as a nanny and babysitter since I was 16. I've cared for children as young as 6 months and have managed up to five at once. My experience includes nannying, babysitting, being a mother's helper for four children under six, volunteering in my church nursery, and working in a preschool classroom with 4-5-year-olds. I love incorporating creativity into my time with kids-through crafts, play, and hands-on learning. I'm also happy to assist with schoolwork or homeschooling and am comfortable driving children to activities. My goal is to create a safe, engaging, and encouraging space for every child in my care.
