Rylan asked ahead of time how old my girls were and what their interests were then showed up with a bag of toys and activities for them to do. She was polite and engaged with my girls immediately. My youngest has slight separation anxiety and because Rylan took charge right out the gate, there were no tears when we left (a small miracle!!) Everyone was fed and put to bed on time and then she cleaned up any messes they made / did the dishes. We can't wait to have Rylan back!
