Hello! My name is Kay; thanks so much for your time! I earned my MA in Teaching in 2017, primarily focusing on Language Arts/English in late elementary to middle school, and am returning to working with kids after years in the animal industry. I recently finished a temporary post working with 1-year-olds and preschoolers. Parents of children I have worked with report that I am described at home as a whole hill of fun. I believe in two rules: safe and kind, to both bodies and feelings; these words are the basis of my teaching and childcare philosophy. I am CPR and first aid certified and registered as TA2 with Oregon's Department of Early Learning and Care. Due to my work with dogs, I'm also exceptional comfortable with pets!
