I'm am a seasoned CNA with 20 years of experience from I. C. U., Med Surg, Geriatrics and pediatrics. I'm comfortable working with those who have disabilities. I work hard to treat everyone as a person and not a diagnosis. I'd describe my personality as caring, compassionate and over achiever. I like caring for people with special needs because they have some of the biggest hearts and greatest smiles. I'm looking for a job that allows me to care for those in need. I started caring for people with special needs when I was a child having an uncle who had a stroke. I also have a child with disabilities for the last 14 years. In my spare time, I go bowling, read books, play video games, watch television, walking, biking and outdoors. One thing you should know about me is I'm very committed to those I care for. I do everything in my power to make those that I care for smile and forget their problems. My skills include wound dressings, ADLs and compassion for the less fortunate.
