Did not show up for interview. Did not answer her phone when I tried calling her to see if she was coming. She texted me after the arranged arrival time stated she now could not take me due to a full client base yet day prior she could take my boyfriend and my mother. Stated she also had a daughter and mother that could make themselves available as I required vacation fill in sickness fill ins for current caregivers I have on staff. Very unprofessional notifying me after her supposed arrival time that she now has a full case load when I waited all morning for her.
