Ruth responded to my message of interest, we spoke extensively on the phone for my needs and her experience/availability. We scheduled a time to do a walk through and then a clean, when I reached out to confirm, she changed the day then ghosted me when I asked for confirmation she’d certainly be available. I expressed to her my value of following through on commitments and communication and she agreed with me. Very disappointing.
