About Ruth

We moved from Honey Brook to Lancaster in November 2023. I am the mother of four grown children and have had experience caring for other people's children of all ages since I started babysitting as a young teenager. I have a special interest in early childhood education having homeschooled my own children and having worked for a childhood learning center. My college education is in social work and I bring those additional people skills with me to all of my employers. In addition to providing a nurturing and safe environment for your children I will take a personal interest in knowing them individually, their personalities, preferences and the schedule and routine that best suits them. I am also qualified to be a senior caregiver having had training with Home Instead Senior Care with whom I worked on a very part time basis while our children were still in school.
