Through my previous babysitting roles, I've found that children thrive in environments that are patient, calm, and creative. My friendly and approachable demeanor puts children at ease, and I am comfortable enforcing household rules as they are set by the parents. I believe in open communication with parents and follow their preferred method to discuss their child's day or any issues that arise. My approach to childcare includes a variety of games and activities that promote physical, mental, and emotional development.
