Ruth is a wonderful caregiver! She worked as a nanny for our family for 2.5 years and we only parted ways as our daughter transitioned to preschool. Ruth was an absolute wonderful addition to our family, joining us when our daughter was 5 months old. Her gentle, patient nature and incredible reliability (never late, always responsive, very very rarely took a day off) created the perfect nurturing environment for our little one's early years. The bond they built was exactly what you want to see as a parent, and we had the utmost trust in Ruth that she loved and took care of our daughter just as we would. What sets Ruth apart: - Created daily routines with park visits, music classes, and library time she proactively found library classes and made friends for our child at the parks they frequented - Proactively built a wonderful social circle of same-age playmates that has been great for our daughter's social skills - Masterfully handled all transitions and developmental stages - helped with nap transitions, baby led weaning, etc. -Brings the perfect blend of following direction while taking initiative - she always followed what we wanted while gently making recommendations if she had additional ideas or perspectives to add - Has an extraordinarily calm, loving presence that children adore Thanks to Ruth's dedication to socialization and development, our daughter was perfectly prepared for preschool.
