About Ruth

Hi. My name is Ruth but I go by Rubie. I have many years of experience w/children (& pets) from ages 3 months-teenage years. I am flexible in hours/days & willing to travel. I am street/subway savvy & comfortable taking children to educational and fun places like museums, parks, libraries, etc. I am willing to do school drop-off/pick-up, help with homework, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and organizing. I can also do evenings if you want to do date night with your loved one (you deserve it!). I also believe in encouraging independence starting at a young age which I think helps with their self-esteem and a sense of responsibility. I'm very excited to be back in the New York City area and hope I can be of help to your family. I am still in contact with families I've worked for and they can vouch for me. I am also a newly certified PCA.
