I have 10 years of experience working in child care. In the last year I have worked independently as a Nanny for two incredible families. I also help transitioning there children to kindergarten, TK and early education for their 1-year-old child. In the year that year I came up with the age appropriate curriculum tailored to each individual child. I also helped with the preparation of their lunch. Ruth is a family favorite. She was my daughter's teacher at daycare and also regularly babysits for my family at home. Ruth has a special gift to understand the needs of children. She intuitively understands how to connect with them, care for them, and meet their emotional and cognitive needs. She is pleasant, kind, confident, and nurturing. I have immense trust in her, and feel privileged to have to taking care of my kids. My kids both love her and my daughter who is two said the other day, "Mr. Ruth is my favorite best friend". One thing I like about her is that she will ask the kids questions so they can think about things, reflectively. She is wonderful!
