I love working with kids who have special needs, especially those with ADHD and behavioral disorders. I believe that every kid has great potential and just needs someone to encourage them and allow them to discover who they are. I grew up on a farm working with "at-risk" and behavioral kids who just needed help focusing and learning about themselves. I am a graduate with a BA in Equine Management and Outdoor Experiential Education. I learned how to cope with life while working through my own ADHD issues. I graduated Cum Laude and it just took people who cared and who were willing to help me. So it is part of my passion to work with kids with special needs because I have experienced the difference, and learned how to be successful in this life with my own disabilities!
