We LOVE Ruth! She has always been very responsive (I tend to need last minute help) and reliable. There is a slight language barrier (I need to learn Spanish) but we make it work easily with apps! I have a 2 & 4 year old, but she’s also watched 6 kids while we had people over! She always comes with a bright smile and my kids adore her! They get excited when I tell them she is coming over to play. It’s clear she makes a connection with them and genuinely enjoys spending time with them. She’s is creative in different activities and games to play even when they’re stuck inside. She listens to the schedule/instructions I leave, or asks when I don’t. I highly recommend her! Always happy to answer any specific questions.
