Rutanya was an exceptional nanny for my 2 children (ages 8 and 6) for over a year. She strikes the perfect balance of enforcing rules and routines with love and keeping the kids’ schedules active and fun. My children loved and looked forward to the outings and activities that Rutanya planned- they were never bored. I have never trusted any babysitter the way I trusted her. we were truly sad to say goodbye when our schedules simply didn’t work out to provide enough hours for a full time position. Any family would be in expert hands with Rutanya. She still keeps in touch with my children, and they continue to talk about her as a member of the family.
