I have had the pleasure of knowing Russel for the past couple years, and he is a very hardworking and honest person. He is great with children of all ages, especially those with special needs. He is passionate about helping other people, and really loves engaging and positively impacting those with disabilities. He is an excellent role model, and I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs child care, especially those with children or adults with special needs.
