I'm passionate about providing nurturing, fun, and engaging care for young minds. As a nanny, I'm committed to creating a warm and welcoming environment that fosters social, emotional, and behavioral development. My experience working with ESDM teaching methods similar to Montessori has equipped me with the skills to design and implement engaging activities that cater to each child's unique needs. Kaya is incredible, a life saver, our family would not be able to survive without her! She started with us when we had one toddler and we had a second baby while she was with us. She is so thoughtful, kind and playful with my babies, she made the transition to 2 kids so much easier. With my eldest she is patient, gentle but firm, kind and playful. He absolutely loves her and she has helped him get used to having a baby brother. With my husband and I she is flexible, thoughtful and communicative. She is always looking to help, often doing things spontaneously without me asking now that she knows our routine. In addition to taking care of the kids Kaya also does meal prep or often cooks the entire meal for us, laundry, plant care and tidying up/emptying dishwasher, etc. Our household would not run so smoothly without her. She has made our lives with kids and 2 working parents so much more manageable. We often come home to happy kids, a clean house, fresh laundry and the smells of a cooked dinner. She is so flexible with our schedule and is just a joy to be around. She is like a member of our family, and we will all miss her dearly! I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Kaya. If you are looking for a nanny who will fit seamlessly into your family and be the helping hand you’ve always needed, look no further.
