About Ruby

Hi I'm Ruby! I have 5 years of experience nannying children from ages 2-9. I have also worked as an assistant preschool teacher. I have always been the on call sitter for my big family, which led me to discover my passion for childcare. I have assisted in homeschooling first and second grade. I have worked many overnights, as well as week long jobs while parents were out of town. I take pride in my responsibility, attentiveness, and creativity. I am always patient with children and create a safe and comfortable environment for them to learn and grow. I believe as a caregiver it is important to be a trustworthy figure in the child's life who they feel they can be their authentic self around. I can provide help with errands, housekeeping, crafts, cooking, schoolwork & of course clean up from any activities we get into. My job is to make life easier for the parents/guardians I work with. There will never be a dull moment with this babysitter!
