Ruby was very professional, always emailing back promptly and was kind enough to do a call with me and my son prior to meeting in person to help determine if we were a good fit for one another. I have a son with special needs who needs extra attention in ways that other children do not. She listened and worked well with him on the day she cared for him. She was on time and in contact throughout the day when we checked in. I would definitely recommend Ruby and would use her again in the future. Thanks Ruby!
