About Ruby

Hi, my name is Ruby! Some things about me: I am originally from NJ but live in Brooklyn now. I am fluent in English and Spanish and graduated from Baruch College in 2021. I currently have a full-time job and do nails out of my apartment on the side. I made this account some years ago before I found my current job and have neglected this since. However, I find my corporate job unfulfilling and would love to pursue child care full-time if given the opportunity, so decided to give this another shot. :) Most of my experience is w/ my family since I grew up watching kids and babies from a young age. I have 5 nieces, 1 nephew, and too many cousins to count, giving me experience with kids of all ages. I have previously tutored and babysat a family with 2 young girls for about 1. 5 years and babysat my ex-boyfriend's nephew for his first 2 years. My goal is to help your child feel comfortable and confident whether I am caring for or teaching them. Feel free to reach out w/ any questions!
