I did a phone interview with Ruby. We planned 3x to set a face to face interview. Applicant cancelled 3x the face to face interview few hours before the time of the interview. Late and sometimes never answer to any information needed to do a background check..I truly believe if an applicant is serious to get a job she will be professional and have a work ethic to respond and come for an interview especially if it was already rescheduled 3times for not showing and cancelling the last minute. I would not hire an applicant that is showing unreliability and not dependable to take care of my child. Hope this review will help for those parents looking for someone to take care of their child.
