About Ruby Elizabeth

I have over a decade of experience working with kids of all ages. I started babysitting at 13, worked in daycare centers, and spent eight years as a skateboarding instructor - leading camps, teaching clinics, and helping kids build confidence. Through AmeriCorps, I ran skate outreach programs for underserved youth, teaching resilience and new skills. I currently work full-time as a Senior HR Partner at an aerospace company but am available for childcare in the evenings and on weekends. I'm responsible, routine-oriented, and love working with kids. I have lots of coaching experience and enjoy staying active - whether it's soccer, dog walks, or skateboarding. That said, I'm also happy to just hang out, play games, or read books! I also have a 20lb Aussie doodle named Ralphie, who adores kids. I'm happy to help with cooking, driving, tutoring, and more. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, playing with my dog, cooking and exercising!
