About Ruby

I'm a passionate childcare provider with over 5 years of experience nurturing children's development. I'm patient, creative, and friendly, and strive to create a safe, fun, and enriching environment. I tailor my approach to each family's preferences and maintain open communication about each child's day and any concerns. I believe in consistency and following the parents' lead when it comes to household rules. I love engaging in outdoor play, board games, and educational activities, and I'm comfortable caring for up to four children at once across a wide range of ages. In addition to my childcare background, I'm also a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and currently a nursing student. My medical training has strengthened my ability to stay calm in emergencies, prioritize safety, and care attentively for children's physical and emotional well-being.
