About Rubina

I am a professional dog trainer & passionate animal lover! After graduating from Boise State University, I decided to follow my passion: dogs! I started my career hiking, walking & privately boarding dogs. After gaining years of valuable hands-on experience, I pivoted to dog training. I attended the Michael Ellis School For Dog Trainers in California and Highland Canine School in North Carolina. I graduated Cum Laude as a Master Dog Trainer & Summa Cum Laude specifically in obedience & behavior modification. My specialty areas include puppy training, separation anxiety & aggression. Currently, I am an independent contractor. I employ a science-based, positive approach to my training methods. I love motivating dogs by teaching them how to access rewards! I am hoping to fill my off days with dog walking clients. I am comfortable walking big dogs, multiple dogs & reactive dogs. I'd also be open to offering a hybrid walk/train option.
