Rubi has cared for our now 3 year old boy since he was 1 year old. She is a deeply empathetic, nurturing and responsible caregiver who we have been very fortunate to work with! Rubi has been a pillar for our family, showing up reliably without fail, communicating clearly about Russell and always showing kindness. Rubi knows the Bay Area and especially Marin really well. She always found great activities for Russell - taking him to music sessions, storytime, libraries, swimming, and even finding him playdates with other children. She really understands Russell's social-emotional development and finds ways to nurture through activities. We would highly recommend working with Rubi - any family would be fortunate to have children in her care!
