She seems like a very nice lady but she charged me $30/hour which is more then her profile lists. And she wanted more! I discussed in detail the day before the jobs needed. I had 1 room of carpet so she would need to bring a vacuum however it was not vacuumed. She also didn't bring a stool to dust ceiling fans or a dust pan or broom. I told her the house didn't have any cleaning supplies available when we set up the job and so I was just disappointed in her service. She also stood on my furniture to clean a high shelf which is not very professional in my opinion. She did a fine job on the windows and baseboards. I would not hire her again because the pay was way to high for the cleaning that was accomplished.
