Roy in house care for my father in law. Roy was calm when waking up my father in law. He made suggetions to get more protein on my father in law diet. Roy would check in with my father in law while allowing him the private time my father in law wanted. Roy would support my father in law while encouraging him to do what he could to feel as indenpendent as possible.
