She was very aware of what the job entails. She only worked two or three days and then last minute gave me short notice on the morning that she was supposed to come see my mom that she was quitting and the job with an a right fit for her. I responded, asking for more feedback, and she never replied at all. I feel that is very unprofessional especially when we’re dealing with someone who has Alzheimer’s. It’s a very delicate subject.
